Reservation & Payment Policy
Customers are required to pay at least 50% of total sales order value to reserve the products for 30 days & the remaining balance (50%) must be paid 14 days before the scheduled delivery / pick up date.
The full (100%) sales order value for displayed /last piece items should be paid at time of purchase to ensure product reservation, storage will not be allowed and delivery must be within 14 days.
Products reservation will be automatically cancelled in case the customer does not pay the full payment on time or does not receive the products by their side till after the end of the reservation period.
For Special Order (Orders procured specially upon customer request) the Customer should pay 100% of total sales order value in advance and the customer is not entitled to cancel, return or replace those items.
Replacement & Return Policy
The customer is not entitled to return or exchange used, damaged & improperly stored products, products already assembled at the customer's site.
Due to health protection, Novel can’t accept return of bed covers, bed sheets, pillows, any mattresses or stuffed/upholstered products without a law label.
Novel can't accept return or replacement of any purchased item which is accepted and approved by the customer himself/herself such as (special order requested by customer/ last piece item)
In case of refund, the refund will occur in the same method it was purchased by (cash/ credit card / bank cheque) or any other way agreed between Novel and the customer.
The customer should have acknowledged that there may be slight variation in respect of the material, colour, furnishing, craftsmanship and dimension between each piece and between products.
Storage & Delivery Policy
Full payment must be paid for commodities before determining a delivery date no later than 14 days and the delivery date is determined by the customer service agent based on the company's itineraries.
Novel provides free warehouse storage service for 30 days from the date of purchase. After the 30 days, the Customer will be charged an additional 5% for the first month, 10% for the second month and 15% for the third month of the total value of purchased goods as storage fees. That service will not be applied during promotions.
Please call our customer service 7 days in advance to schedule delivery or reschedule delivery or else a cancellation fee will be applied.
Novel Staff will not disassemble or shift existing furniture at the customer's place without any written agreement.
Delivery is considered to be completed upon receipt of a signed delivery note from customer/ family members / housemaids domiciling at the delivery address and shall not be eligible for any claim of dent or damage after delivery.
