You may return any Novel products in their original, unused condition for a full refund of the merchandise value if the return is the result of our error (incorrect or defective item, etc.) We will gladly accept your return within 24 hours from the moment you had inspected and receive the goods and according to our return and refund term & condition.

*Please note that returns only apply for standard price items excluding clearance, final sales item and promotion item. Return shipping cost will be borne by the customer.
